Hello there! I'm Stephanie Thompson, and I can't wait to share my incredible journey with you! With years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I discovered my natural talent for guiding my colleagues. It was then that I realized this was God's way of leading me toward coaching! During my years as a nursing instructor, I started coaching and mentoring nursing students, which sparked a fiery passion in me and ultimately led to the creation of my own coaching practice. What makes my approach unique is my heartfelt dedication to using my own experiences and testimony. Having overcome numerous challenges, I truly understand the power of resilience and support. I feel so grateful each time a client chooses to work with me, and I'm wholeheartedly committed to being the accountability partner that every nurse needs on their path to success!
